The sales screen contains a chat window to the right. Employees and managers can send messages between each other in a quick, convenient, and secure manner.
For example, an employee in store location D1 runs out of an item that a customer wants to purchase. The employee quickly sends a message to store location D2 to see if they have that item available. Store location D2 has it in stock and puts it on hold for the customer. This is just one of the many ways employees and managers can utilize this tool. To identify the employee, the chat can only be initiated by inputting their employee name and password. The name and timestamp are saved as well.
