In previous POS systems, it would be required to enter in the managers’ ID and Password in order to sell an item below the minimum price. With Nova’s unique system, employees can now “Send a Request” to the manager which automatically sends an SMS Text Message with a special authorization code the manager than sends back to the employee. Another option given is to attach a previous invoice to the sale which offsets the balance of both items to complete the request. The previous sale must be higher than the minimum price in order to complete the sale of a new item below minimum price. | |||
