Nova is seeking a talented representative for our Customer Care/Tech Support department
who is looking to work with one of the market leaders Point Of Sale software, providing exceptional customer service
on a consistent basis along with troubleshooting resolutions.
We are looking for a full time position with different shifts in the Mid-town Miami area.
1. Front line interaction via live chat and telephones.
2. Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues.
3. Ability to work in different shifts (40 hours a week).
- Intermediate computer knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages are a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a natural dedication to the customer service experience.
- Dependable: Be at work (must have reliable transportation) during assigned shifts.
- Excellent work ethic.
